How to Set Zero Point for Large Diameter Bore Gauge

This video demonstrates the accurate zero-setting procedure for our specialized Large Diameter Bore Gauge using a calibrated external micrometer:
Step 1: Mount and lock the external micrometer to the target reference dimension.
Step 2: Position the bore gauge contact anvils between the micrometer measuring faces.
Step 3: Adjust the gauge indicator to align the pointer/digital display with zero for accurate measurement baseline.
