Pi tapes,also known as Diameter tapes provide a quick, accurate and easy method of reading true diameters of round parts and average diameter of out-of-round forms —— outside or inside，large or small.

As per our client request，the π tape or Diameter Vernier tape can be calibrated by Third-party detection institution.

Pi tapes or Diameter Vernier tapes，due to their exceptional design, the diameter can be got by the circumference, the error of measure result is 1/π less compared to traditional Vernier calipers, ensuring more accurate results.

Resolution:0.02mm /.001” ，（0.01mm / .0005” available upon request）

Measuring range from Ø50mm / 2” to Ø9600mm /384” （larger size tape available upon request.

Made of stainless steel 301 or spring steel 65Mn.

     This inner diameter Pi tape is specifically designed for fast and accurate measurement of inner rings and other circular      internal cavities.


For an inner diameter Pi tape used to measure metal materials, magnetic attachments can be added to ensure the tape adheres closely to the inner surface of the workpiece, preventing measurement errors.
